Return and replacement of goods
1.1. The goods sold are replaced, returned according to the Minister of Economy of 2001. June 29 by Order no. 217 “Rules for the Return and Replacement of Goods” approved by the Rules for Return and Replacement of Goods.
2.1. To return the item (s) 1.1. In the cases specified in the Rules, the Buyer must complete the return document in a free form and submit it with the returned item (s).
3.1. Article 1.1 of the Rules. the Purchaser may exercise the right provided for in the Agreement within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Seller, informing the Seller thereof.
4.1. The following conditions must be met when the buyer returns the goods:
4.1.1. the returned item must be in the original orderly package;
4.1.2. the goods must be intact by the Buyer;
